Shipping Information



Shipping Within Canada

For shipping within Canada, your shipping amounts are calculated by the amount of your order.

For orders up to $25.00 there is a $6.00 shipping fee,
For orders up to $50.00 there is a $8.00 shipping fee,
For orders up to $125.00 there is a $10.00 shipping fee.
All orders over $125.00 qualify for Free Shipping



Shipping To The US
For International shipping to the US, costs of shipping varies based on the destination of your order as well as the package weight and dimensions.

When your order is placed, we apply an estimated shipping cost of $15.00 CDN to your order. Once your order is packaged up, we will weigh and calculate your actual shipping cost for you. All US-bound orders are send via Expedited USA Parcel unless otherwise requested and generally take 6-12 business days to arrive (depending on the time of year and cross-border status').

IF your shipping is higher than the $15.00 amount, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know what the actual cost will be before your order ships out. Please note that your credit card will not be billed until you've been informed and have accepted the accurate shipping cost if this is the case. You can of course cancel your order at any time as well. Please also note that all duties, customs and cross-border fees are potentially billable to you when your order arrives.

IF your shipping value is lower than the $15.00 amount we will update your order amount accordingly and will ship out your order normally.



All orders are shipped via Canada Post Parcel Mail and include a tracking number once shipped. All US orders are shipped by either Expedited USA (or XPress Post USA if requested) depending on your preference and both include a tracking number once shipped as well.

Shipping time varies based on the products Order Status and availability. On-hand stock ships usually 1-2 business days after your order is received, whereas special orders may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks (or more) depending on the item.

Split Shipments:
Shipping charges are based on the value of the order being presently shipped, and not on the total value of the order. For example, if you preordered, special ordered or are waiting on a product to be restocked and choose to ship what's presently available, regular shipping rates apply for each shipment being sent.

Our policy is to hold your order until everything is ready to ship unless arranged differently. You are more than welcome to request us to ship your order out in waves; however, additional shipping fees will be applied to your order. Your credit card will not be charged until either the total order is ready to ship or you've made arrangements to ship in waves.
